Six days down and the detox headache only lasted three days!! Believe it or not I actually thought about exercising this morning. I didn't do it of course, but I thought about getting up early to go for a walk - hey it's a start! Can I say I love We*ght Wa*chers? I love being able to eat from all the food groups! All I have to do is concentrate on staying within my points each day and all is good. Tonight I actually had Taco B*ll (classy I know), their Fresco Crunchy Tacos are really, really tasty.
Since my mind has been thinking about all things lower in fat this week; I started researching on the web and here are two blogs I thought I would share.
~Roni's Weight Watchen Page - Roni has struggled with her weight on and off her whole life. In 2005 she started a blog to track her weight loss. After losing 70 pounds, the blog now follows her maintenance progress. She has a Daily food journal table generator where you can enter your food for the day and then generate a HTML code for your blog. There is much much more but I have not had time to check it all out yet. I enjoy reading her daily posts through my blog reader - very encouraging.
~GreenLiteBites - This is Roni's food/recipe blog. The recipes would be great even if you are not on a diet, everyone likes low fat versions of all our favorite foods. She does a weekly video post where she either cooks a recipe or does a how to. Karen, this might interest you - go here.
I have found some other great resources and I will share them at a later date. Tomorrow I am making a variation of the WW Caesar Salad for our life group meeting. I will post my version on my recipe blog on Monday (adding grilled chicken and fat free croutons).
So Monday is my official weigh in day and it is also when my exercise regiment begins (ugh!). I have been trying to get myself psyched to start but it is not working. I guess the prayer needs to start. :o)

Sounds like you're doing great! Keep up the good work. I'm glad you found some yummy recipe blogs...anytime I've ever tried to diet, I become food-obsessed, which them makes me frustrated that I can't eat all the yummy stuff I see/think about. I'm glad you found some stuff that you can have.
Happy Sunday!
Just "found" your blog. Love it! And I realize tomorrow is your weigh in day. I will be back to check in. I'm a life time member of WW. Wish you all the best!
