Book Suggestions

I want to get a book to take on our trip. Any suggestions? Maybe a Christian novel, biography, or just a good book - I'm open. Thanks for your ideas.

My mom reads a lot of Dee Henderson. You can go to her website (www.deehenderson.com) to get exact titles. There is an O'Malley series that starts with the prequel "Danger in the Shadows."

There is also the Yada Yada Prayer group, I really think you will like how real to life this series is. The first one is called "The Yada Yada Prayer Group."

And of course, Karen Kingsbury!! Between Sundays is a new one and not part of a series. There's also Divine - really good! Even Now is the first in a two book series. Like Dandelion Dust, When Joy Came to Stay, and On Every Side are stand alone titles.

Hope that helps! I check mine all out from the library, otherwise you could borrow them.

Debbie Macomber is my new favorite author. You can't pick a wrong book by her. I am also reading The New Birth Order book by Kevin Leman. Fascinating, especially with kids.

I generally prefer fiction, but I just read a really, really good non-fiction book called The Beautiful Ache by Leigh McLeroy. You can even buy it at Target!

For my book club we are reading Gap Creek by Robert Morgan. I just finished and I really enjoyed it. It was a fast enjoyable read.
